Copy, Edit, Delete, Export Reports

To edit a report, from the appropriate report detail window, choose Edit this Report under Common Tasks.   A window similar to the following will appear.

  1. Report Title or Description can be edited using the fields provided.  
  2. Choose a new Group Name from the drop down list, to move the report to a new Report group or Category.
  3. Click Edit in the left column of a Selection Description to change the Selection type.
  4. Click Add Selection to add a new Selection Description to the report selection window.

Copy Reports

Reports can be copied and saved as a new report.  To copy a report click Copy and Save as New Report under Common Tasks.  Type a name for the new report in the field provided.  The new report can be located under the same report grouping/category as the report it was copied from.

Delete Report

Reports can be deleted using the Delete this Report link under Common Tasks.   Deleted reports are moved to the "Reports Recycle Bin" on the Administration tab, and can be restored from there if necessary.

To Export a Report

  1. User must have a security setting that allows report export or import.
  2. From the Report window, double click the report you wish to export.
  3. Under Common Tasks, choose Export This Report.
  4. Click Save from the File Download window.
  5. Choose an appropriate folder to save exported reports to, then click Save.
