Merge Residents
The Merge Residents utility can consolidate duplicate resident records.
This utility
is available on the Home Page and in Resident Information.
To Merge Records from Two Residents
- On the Home Page or in Resident Information, choose
Merge Residents.
- On the screen that says "Find a resident
that you want to remove" type a last name of the resident you wish
to REMOVE in the box provided, and choose the appropriate Facility. Click
Next.
- Select from the list the resident you want to
remove and click Next. Note:
If the resident you are looking for is not on the list, click Back to
search again, or Cancel to return to the Home Page or Resident Information.
- On the screen that says "Find a resident
that you want to keep" type a last name of the resident you wish
to KEEP in the box provided and choose the appropriate Facility from the
list. Click
Next.
- On the screen that says "Select a resident
that you want to keep, please select the resident you wish to KEEP. Click
Next. Note:
If the
resident you are looking for is not on the list, click Back to search
again, or Cancel to return to the Home Page or Resident Information.
- The screen that says "The Residents listed
below will be merged" will display the two residents you have chosen
to be merged. Click
Finish to merge records of these two residents.
