Commit Working Copy - Save changes/entries to the Master Copy.
Calculate RUG - Calculate RUGS at any time during the MDS process.
Care Area Assessment - Determines any care area triggers based on entries on current assessment.
Print - Produce a hard copy or PDF of current MDS.
Import - Import field entries from other sources.
CMS Validation - Determine any errors or flags on current MDS.
Update/Modify ISC (Item Set Code) for the assessment in process.
Sign MDS - Sign Section Z and/or V, X of the MDS – Used to apply signatures to Z0500, V0200B, V0200C, and Inactivation/Modifications MDSs.
Edit - Open a Working Copy and edit current MDS.
Move current assessment to Closed status.
Report Card: Review report card and sign section V0200B MDS.
Previous - Populate MDS fields/sections with previous MDS entries.

Valid Entry - Field entry valid without errors
Skip Field Entry - Skip this field entry based on previous field entries.
Required Field - Entry is required for completion.
CMS Fatal Error - CMS error indicated for incorrect required field entry.
Placeholder - Indicates that data entry for a field has been acknowledged and the system is waiting for the user's next entry.
Delete - Working Copy
CMS Warning that field may need modification
Modify current assessment that was previously accepted by CMS. New MDS is created for submission purposes.
Inactivate current MDS that was previously accepted by CMS.
Move MDS back one status.
Move MDS to Open
Managed Care Copy - Create a copy of a standalone OBRA MDS that is at least in CAA Ready status for Managed Care PPS's that will not be submitted to CMS.
Diagnosis Lookup Tool - Find and enter ICD-10 additional diagnosis codes into I8000.
RAI Manual - Brings up either the full RAI manual or selected section of the RAI manual in PDF format.
Promote to Next Status - Promotes the MDS to the next status in the MDS process.
Promote and Override Flags - Allows all but the CMS flags in the MDS report card to be overwritten and moves the MDS to the next status in the MDS process.
